Potentially annoying, but this fellow pulls it off.
He's obviously not just a stupid face, because he can also act. In this case, a scene from Goodfellas - not the pizza.

he can actually act pretty well i hadnt seen goodfellas in ages but it all came back + did it just like in the film.
