Dynamo, our web celeb a few week's ago, is featured on The Raconteur's new video - for their single Hands. Although, I have to say, the magic he did for us was better.

Oh, My Sides
There's nothing I hate more than a viral marketing campaign, such as Lynx's devious manwash scheme, where they've been pretending that they're forwarding a funny video, but then brought everyone back to their website.
However, these people have the right idea. Nothing sneaky. Just click the final flag at the bottom of the page. Funny

Simon Cowell's Ya Father
Simon Cowell was last night caught in this very humorous photo when his presumed 'bit on the side' [mistress] Jasmine Lennard, left his house in London at half past two in the morning. Cowell's girlfriend was away at the time. I'm not really that concerned about Simon Cowell's love life. I just wanted to use the title, because it works on both levels: the sex level, and also the father level, because Cowell is 46, and Lennard 21. He would have had her (or his real partner would have) when he was twenty five, not 46, as he is now doing.
In other news, there is this lovely site with pictures of strange statues across the world.

Hello?
James Chinneck decided to record people answering the phone. Many people. In many languages. And cut them together into a long bit of audio. 43 minutes, in fact.
Listen here.
The Hub - MySpace Their Way
So WalMart have set up their own social networking site to rival MySpace. Now, I'm not a massive fan of MySpace - it's ugly, difficult to use and populated by many people who have nothing to say.
But at least it's authentic.
Take a look at WalMart's attempt:
The Hub: School Your Way
Below is a screenshot of a typical page. And there's literally nothing there except a blatant plug for their clothes.
Pathetic, eh? It looks like the worst kind of 'middle aged man pretending to be school-kid in order to look cool and promote a product' and the whole site has very little actual content beyond the video that runs on the front page.
And I thought WalMart was launching this to stop middle aged men pretending to be school-kids?

Who I Want On the Show
OK, Dynamo did some pretty sweet moves on the show the other day, but I for one would like to see a bit more of this other geezer. He's from the South, name of Liam Walsh.
Perhaps a bit dodgy that he just bumped into his friend on the train, who was standing right in front of the window that he performed his trick on, but hey-ho.
A magician from the South to rival Bradford-born Dynamo. I'd kinda like that.
Oh, I would also very much like to have Adam Buxton, of Adam and Joe fame, on the show. He's been trying to make a dent in YouTube for a while now, and he seems to have achieved just that, with his celebrity mouth mash-up pop video video.
He'd be a nice man for the show. What could we do with him? Any suggestions?
Hit me hit me.

Rubik's Cube Robots 2
Everyone seemed to love those Rubik's Cube solving robots from a couple of weeks back. Good job we found some more, eh?
More Ted Stevens
Good to see that someone else has decided to rip into Ted Stevens
Love the bit with Grandpa Simpson.
